Second Year Church Project

Develop execution and leadership skills by serving a department in your home church. If you are a senior leader, you will be able to use this to work on a ministry objective that is part of expanding the mission strategy for the work you are leading.

Objective:

  • Execute a clear objective that is developed with the guidance and input of the church leadership that you are working with.
  • Practice the four activities that are needed to start and finish a  ministry project:

Pray, plan, research, and execute.

Timeline:

  • Jan: Meet with your ministry mentor. Write a simple outline of the project to clarify the end result/objective that you are working toward and the method and projected timeline to achieve it. The 5 Ws and 1 H is a great approach: What, Why, Where, When , Who, How.
  • Feb-June: Make it happen.

Meet at least monthly with your mentor for updates and feedback.

Deadline: June 30th, 2022 or a date clarified in your project outline.
